Conference fee must be paid at the time of registration.
Conference fee are indicated in Euros, VAT inclusive (VAT: 10 %).
Conference registration includes:
- Access to all live sessions of the Scientific Program on Thursday and Friday afternoons
- Access to the speakers' talks a few days before the Meeting
- Access to the Scientific and Industrial e-Exhibition
- Access to replays during one month after the Meeting
Payment means accepted::
- Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard credit card (secure online payment)
- Bank transfer
- Purchase order
- Cheque in Euros only, payable in France
You will just need to follow the form step by step and choose the payment that you wish. Please note that the payment in advance is mandatory in order to participate to the Meeting.
If you remain stuck on one step, this is because some requested information is missing. Please check all the mandatory fields and look for dark red error messages on the page.
At the end of the registration process, you will be able to send yourself a detailed e-mail showing all the options you have selected and payment instructions.
You will be able to make changes to your registration until you “submit” the last step of the registration process. You will then no longer be able to make changes to the registration form after the registration process is totally finished. Please make sure to finalize your registration until the end. If you need to make any changes afterwards, please contact AOS by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51) or e-mail email@example.com. You can login again at any time to check your registration details.
You will receive a detailed confirmation e-mail with the log in guidelines a few days before the Meeting, to access the live virtual platform and attend the online sessions.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to AOS by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51). For cancellation requests received by March 15, 2021, the registration fee minus an administration charge of 30 Euros will be refunded after the conference. For cancellation requests received from March 16, 2021, or if the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid and there will be no refund.
